Can I cancel a rental order? Will a cancelled rental order be refunded?

The reservation can be cancelled 3 days before pick-up at no cost. After that, the daily rent is charged


How do I get the device?

Collection, possible delivery. The time of pick-up will be agreed upon at the time of rental. In exceptional cases, delivery to the metropolitan area is also possible.


What kind of liability do products have? Are the products insured? What if I damage the product?

You are fully liable for the products during the rental period, so make sure your insurance covers the rental products in your possession against theft or breakage. If you damage the product, we will primarily charge you the cost of repair or, if the product is damaged beyond repair, the replacement cost of the product. The lessor is responsible for wear and tear resulting from the use of the equipment. Marks and damage caused by careless or misuse, such as dripping and scratching on asphalt, can lead to liability.

What payment methods do you offer?

Payment at the latest on pick-up, in cash, by debit card or invoice.
